Unfortunately, this can sometimes happen—packing kits is still human work! But don’t worry, we’re happy to resolve it for you.

First, check the included legend on your canvas or instruction manual. This provides an overview of all colors and their corresponding symbols, so you can verify which paints might be missing.

Then, send us an email at [email protected] with the following information:

• The color numbers of the missing paints
• The number of missing paint pots
• Your order number
  

We will ensure that the missing paints are reordered for you free of charge, as long as your order falls within the 2-year warranty period.
