Why is cancellation not always possible?
Since we print everything per order, your order is made especially for you. This means that your order may already be in production or even shipped, making cancellation or modification no longer possible.
Return Policy & Reflection Period
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can use the legal 14-day reflection period, starting from the day you receive your order. Within this period, you can return the products for a refund.
Please note: According to European consumer regulations, personalized items cannot be returned. This applies to products with a custom photo or personalized text, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Important:
Refusing the package upon delivery does not count as a valid return. Packages that are refused at delivery do not come back to us, meaning we cannot provide a refund for them. Would you like to return a product? Please ensure that you send it back properly after receiving it.
Return costs are at your own expense.
