Received an incomplete order?
It is possible that you do not receive all ordered items at the same time. This happens because we sometimes ship our products from different facilities in various locations. As a result, items within the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

What to do?

Check the shipping confirmations
For larger orders, items are more likely to be shipped separately. Check your email for multiple shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.

Inspect your package carefully
Different canvases may be rolled together in one package. We recommend unrolling the package completely to verify that all ordered canvases are included.

Wait a few days
Sometimes the remaining items arrive a few days later. We suggest allowing some extra time for delivery.
