Why does it take longer than standard webshops?
We have our own warehouses, where your item is custom-made and shipped directly. Since we create everything specifically for you and do not use mass production, we can guarantee a unique and high-quality product.

Are there any additional costs?
In most cases, there are no extra costs. In rare cases, import duties or customs fees may apply, depending on the regulations in your country. However, this rarely happens.
