Why Doesn’t My Track & Trace Code Show Any Information?
This means that our supplier is preparing your order for production. At this stage, it has not yet been shipped but has only been registered in the shipping system with a track & trace code. Until the order is ready for dispatch and picked up by the courier, the status will show as "shipment information received."
In normal circumstances, you should start seeing tracking updates a few days after placing your order.
My Track & Trace Code Hasn’t Updated for Several Days—Is Everything Okay?
This is completely normal. When your order is in transit and moving between different countries, tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially if the package is in a shipping container. Tracking information may take longer to refresh, but your order is still on its way.
