How Can I Track My Order?
As soon as your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with the tracking details to track your package.
This tracking provides updates on the status of your package. However, in some cases, the name of the local courier service may not be mentioned, so you might not always know which company will deliver your package.
Steps to Track Your Package with the Local Courier:
- Open one of the status emails you received.
- Copy the tracking number at the bottom of the email.
- Go to parcelsapp.com
- Enter your tracking number in the search bar and click "Track Package."
- You will see a complete overview of your package's journey.
- Look for the new tracking number assigned by your local courier.
- The tracking service will also show which local courier (e.g., PostNL, Royal Mail, DHL) will handle the final delivery.
On a computer, the detailed tracking information will appear on the right side of the screen. On mobile, it will be displayed at the bottom.
Finding the Local Courier & New Tracking Number
Final Step: Check the Local Courier’s Website
Once you have the new tracking number, visit the website of your local courier and enter it to see the latest updates on your package.
(Note: The local tracking will only update once the package has arrived in your country.)
